Our cleaners are trained to work systematically, we bring them around
on their first visit and they are given your worksheet outlining the work
required to clean your house to your satisfaction. Our role is to co-
ordinate between the client and cleaner.
Your cleaner will undertake most domestic duties that do not put them at
any risk to themselves, the main exception being oven cleaning.
Cleaners should not be expected to clean any higher than their own
reach or move heavy furniture unaided. All clients are responsible for
providing cleaning materials and to ensure that equipment is in a safe
working order. Bleach and bleach products are not covered by the
insurance policy. It is the client’s responsibility to empty the vacuum and
change the filters of their vacuum cleaners.
Your agreement with Clearwater Cleaning Company can be cancelled at
any time by giving one months notice. It is the client’s responsibility to
ensure that the cleaner has access to the property on their expected
date of work, failure to do so will incur the cleaner’s full pay for that day.
You agree for a period of 12 months starting from the date you cancel
the services of Clearwater Cleaning Company you will not employ or use
the services of any cleaner introduced to through Clearwater Cleaning
Company.
Our aim is to offer all clients of Clearwater Cleaning Company a service
that they can trust and be totally satisfied with. We hope that you enjoy
the peace of mind that Clearwater Cleaning Company offers you, if for
any reason you have a complaint you can be assured that it will be dealt
with promptly

Premier Service

A two-week notice period is required to change your cleaner’s hours for
any given week. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the cleaner
has access to the property on their expected date of work, failure to do
so will incur the cleaner’s full pay for that day.
